Eduardo Corral a.k.a. TlaloC is an illustrator, multidisciplinary artist and graphic designer who lives in Monterrey, Mexico. His work is characterized by its ludic and instinctive exploration of human behavior regarding the recurring themes of the fascination for the unknown, the de-contextualization of the mundane, and nostalgia. He currently works as a full-time professor at the Arts Department of the Universidad de Monterrey (UDEM). He has an MFA (Master in Fine Arts) in Illustration Practice, obtained at the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) and is a recipient of the Fulbright Scholarship. He has participated in 22 national and international exhibitions in China, Germany, Colombia, Washington DC, California, New York, North Carolina, Baltimore, Tijuana and Monterrey.
