Self Portrait
A painting I did for a group show about memories. It is called "I never noticed the house was on fire" When I was a kid my parents were functioning alcoholics. The toys, cartoons, books, and comics I loved worked as a distraction from what was really going on in the house. These things shaped who I would become and the art I would make.
